Your SOS® Sunglasses are made from highly durable materials. The frames are constructed to withstand the stress and strain of Extreme Sports activities.

Your satisfaction is the key to our success. We pride ourselves on the high percentage of our customers who return to buy additional Sunglasses after their initial purchase. We check every pair of Sunglasses we ship so that we can be certain you receive exactly what you ordered: A high quality, feature filled product at an affordable price.

We are so confident in our quality and workmanship that we offer the following Lifetime Replacement Guarantee against Manufacturer's Defects:

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your selection, you may return it, with no questions asked, within 7 days after delivery.

You have 3 options

1) We'll replace them if they are damaged or defective

2) You can choose a different style (you pay the difference or we'll refund the difference in cost)

3) We'll give you a full refund (less shipping)

There are no hidden restocking fees. Your only cost is for shipping the glasses back to us.

To take advantage of this liberal return policy the following conditions must be met:

  • Merchandise must be returned in new condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging, along with a copy of your receipt which includes your order number
  • All originally included parts, cleaning cloths, cords and cases must be returned
  • Original manufacturer's guarantee cards, manuals and registration forms must be left blank
  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained from SOS Eyewear® prior to shipping, and the RA Number written clearly on the outside of the shipping carton
  • To obtain an RA number, please e-mail your request, including your order number, to: Returns@SOSeyewear.com, or Contact our Customer Service Department at 866-467-3111
  • Hi-Def Optics, LLC is not responsible for Returns or Guarantee requests for products purchased by third parties or distributors
  • Mail Returns To: HI-DEF Optics LLC, 1030 A Cindy Lane Carpinteria, CA 93013. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be refused
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend you ask your shipper for Insurance and a Tracking Number, as Hi-Def Optics, LLC can not be responsible for the returned item until it arrives at our warehouse

Lifetime Replacement Guarantee
Hi-Def Optics, LLC will, at their sole discretion, either repair or replace any defective or damaged Survival Optics Sunglasses®. You will be charged only a nominal $15.00 fee for Shipping and handling. An extra charge may be assesed for lenses that have been scratched by the owner due to negligence or mistreatment.

To take advantage of this Lifetime Replacement Guarantee the following conditions must be met:

  • Making a Guanantee Claim: To make a claim, do not return your SOS Sunglasses to the retailer. Stores are not authorized to provide service under this Guarantee. Please send your SOS Sunglasses, a letter explaining the circumstances that prompted the return, a dated proof of purchase and a check or money order for $15 to Hi-Def Optics LLC., Attn: Warranty Dept. 1030 A Cindy Lane Carpinteria, CA. 93013. Be sure to include your name, return address, and a phone number where you can be reached during the day. We encourage you to send your SOS by a traceable/trackable method (such as insured mail or United Parcel Service), since Hi-Def Optics, LLC. is not responsible under this Guarantee for lost or misdirected packages.

  • Limitation on Damages: FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED GUARANTEE ON THIS PRODUCT, THE CONSUMER IS LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING REMEDIES: REPAIR OF THE PRODUCT OR REPLACEMENT WITH AN IDENTICAL OR EQUIVALENT MODEL, AT THE ELECTION OF HI-DEF OPTICS,LLC. HI-DEF OPTICS,LLC IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, SUCH AS SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. NOTE: SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

  • Scope and Duration of the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee: This Guarantee extends only to you, the original purchaser of these SOS Sunglasses, and lasts for as long as you own them. This Replacement Guarantee covers all parts of your SOS Sunglasses (with the exception of consumer scratched lenses) and applies specifically to Manufacturer's Defects.

  • Substitution of Similar Style or Color Sunglasses: Because styles and colors of Sunglasses change, Hi-Def Optics LLC reserves the right to substitute a style and/or color of SOS Sunglasses which are similar, and of equal or greater value, but not identical, to the SOS sunglasses returned to us under this Guarantee.

  • Reproduction of Customer Letters: Hi-Def Optics, LLC reserves the right to reproduce all or any portion of any customer letter received in connection with this Guarantee in its advertising or promotional materials without compensation to the customer. The submission of any letter along with a Guarantee claim will constitute a license permitting SOS use and reproduce all or any portion of the customer letter in connection with its business.

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

  • This warranty applies to SOS Sunglasses purchased from Authorized Dealers in the United States and Canada only.

  • Please also remember that "they just broke when I was putting them on my head" is not a warranty claim. They were probably broken in your bag or pocket before you placed them on your head.

  • This Warranty applies to consumers who purchase Survival Optics Sunglasses at full retail price. A dated proof of purchase is required.

  • SOS Sunglass lenses are not Guaranteed against scratching. They are designed to provide you protection from the sun's harmful rays, the wind and snow only. To keep your lenses from scratching, please store them in a case when not being used. Use only a clean micro-fiber cleaning cloth to assure that your lenses stay clean and free of debris.

  • If your Survival Optics Sunglasses are not covered under our warranty, don't worry, we offer a "Thrashed Sunglass" Replacement Option. For a nominal fee, you can replace all or part of your Thrashed Sunglasses.
